What you will learn:

  • Objective, Target Audience and Electrical Power System — Structure of the Electrical Power System (EPS) and Electrical Installation Record per NR-10
  • Impeding Conditions, Typical Hazards and Risk Analysis — Impeding conditions, electrical hazards and mandatory Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) with risk matrix
  • Work Methods, Live-Line Work and Installation Release — Supervision on HV networks, live-line work methods and installation release per NR-10
  • Equipment, Protection Systems and Emergencies — Insulating tools, protective devices, first aid and liability per NBR 14039
  • Field Practice: Tool Inspection and Lockout in the Power System — Testing of insulating sticks, ladders and detectors, with substation reclosing lockout simulation
  • Release Simulation, Emergencies and Basic Life Support — Issuance of Work Permits/PRAs and CPR/AED drills in real-world scenarios
